Patriccia is a seasoned Advertising Executive who has worked with multinational agencies and brands across the region. Patriccia now runs a successful production company under the name Papprikka Productions and is also the author of the book ‘I Love You and So…’

She enjoys working with individuals choosing to create greater possibilities in their professional and personal lives. She is a certified facilitator with Paradigm Shifters, which enables individuals to tap into their unique capacities and abilities. She has also attended several energy transformation programs and uses the knowledge gained thus far to empower those around her. Patriccia also holds a B.Com degree in addition to the certifications received through these energy transformation modalities.

Originally from India, Patriccia has lived in Dubai for 24 years and has worked with brands such as Nivea, Nissan, Landmark Group and MasterCard. She has had the privilege of traveling around the world for her career in the capacity of a Group Account Director and has managed a team of 12 people under her leadership. This has allowed her to gain the exposure, experience and expertise necessary to work with people of diverse cultures.

Patriccia has transformed her own life, functioning from a space of possibilities rather than one of limitations. She endeavors to present this option to as many people as possible. Her unique strength is the ability combine her corporate background with the knowledge she has gained through her transformation. Her mantra: Don’t wait CREATE!

Maryam Bartawi is an entrepreneur, empowerment coach, athlete and philanthropist. She passionately inspires self-transformation in those around her, and identifies hidden talents and capabilities of individuals and corporations.

It is this passion to help both individuals and companies achieve their greater potential which inspired her to create her own company, EmpowerUs.

Maryam’s courageous nature and fierce spirit forged in a family of six older brothers, in a male dominated society. She fearlessly followed her dreams. Discovering football at age 8, she has pursued it persistently and represented the UAE on the National Women’s Soccer Team during numerous international matches. During her 9-year career as a CSR and Sponsorship manager she conceived and ran numerous CSR initiatives, leading to her being the first women in the UAE to handle commercial partnerships for Al Ain Football Club.

Despite her achievements, she decided to leave the corporate world to pursue a deeper fulfilment and greater purpose. Her curiosity and adventurous spirit sparked a light. She began traveling the world - from volunteering in Africa and summiting Kilimanjaro to attending conferences and seminars in the USA. She aspires to lift individuals and corporations to a greater level of excellence.

Maryam identifies a connection in all human relations and values and is a firm believer in the greater potential of humanity. Through EmpowerUs, her vision and mission is to deepen the essential values of human engagement by creating meaningful experiences for the transformation of self, business and society.

Jennifer Baxavanis is a Sales Performance Coach and Consultant that works with a management consultancy in Dubai that is focused on driving business growth and performance for their clients. She specifically helps businesses that have B2B and B2C sales teams in the GCC region adopt more buyer-centric processes in order to increase sales and longevity with their target markets. Her clients are propertyfinder group, Oracle, Cloud Concept, Securitas, Blue Marlin Ibiza, Emitac, and Tendeka amongst others.

Jennifer and People Endeavors are working together because her coaching experience in helping clients improve their sales processes has an overlap with the STAR program's main objective which is buyer-centricity. Jennifer's professional vision is to live in a world where the perception and image of professionals with sales roles can be seen for their true value and contribution towards our progress and expansion.

Jennifer is Greek American and holds a Master's in Education from the USA. She has lived and worked abroad for 22 years in 10 countries. She lives in Dubai, UAE for the last 11 years and has the exposure, experience and expertise to work with multiple nationalities in the Gulf market.

Jennifer enjoys coaching clients, friends and strangers. She has a unique way to connect and inspire others to grow on their own paths both personally and professionally in an efficient and effective way. She is a warm, pragmatic, busy savvy individual with a lot of self-awareness and is highly energetic.

Richa Chandhok is an accomplished HR and Training professional with over 10 years of experience in People Management and Development field.

Previously, Richa worked with Landmark Group in Dubai  as Assistant HR & Training Manager for Citymax Hotels where she has successfully delivered workplace culture change workshops like Reverse Thinking Engineering, Fish Philosophy, Change Management, Casting to mention a few. With Citymax Hotels, Richa was also one of the Happiness Champions to carry out “Happiness Movement” under the initiative launched by Landmark Group following Global Happiness Dialogue at World Government Summit 2017. 

Richa holds BA in English Literature and MBA in Human Resources. Richa grew up in India, but before coming to Dubai in 2011, she spent 5 years of her professional career in Australia and New Zealand, giving her vast exposure to working in multicultural environment. She specializes in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development. 

Richa is a people person and her strength comes through her unique ability to use her work experience to understand the knowledge and skills her participants need to increase their performance and productivity. She then designs and delivers her programs in a way that excites and motivates participants to use new skills and change their behaviors.

Trisha recently moved back to Dubai after graduating from New York University with a Bachelor’s degree in French and Linguistics.

Trisha’s diverse interests have led her to pursue roles in various industries - digital marketing, public relations and broadcast journalism, to name a few. She has held positions in a variety of companies in both Dubai and New York such as Arabian Radio Network, Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, Harvey Nichols and Hill and Knowlton.

Trisha is passionate about community outreach having worked and volunteered at a number of nonprofit organizations, specializing in the field of behavioral health. Raised in Dubai, and having lived in both the US and Europe, Trisha is experienced in interacting with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds.

A trilingual, Trisha enjoys traveling and language tutoring in her spare time. Her interests include art, poetry, nutrition and film.

Radhika is a writer from Mumbai, India. She graduated from St. Xaviers College, Mumbai with a B.A. in Mass Media, Journalism and went on to pursue a career in screenplay writing.  With a few works underway, Radhika spends her time between Mumbai and Dubai.

Radhika is truly a global citizen having lived across the world in Bahrain, Oman, Dubai, the U.S and India. As travel is among others, one of her favorite hobbies, she is experienced in interacting and working with diverse cultures.

Aside from writing and travelling, Radhika invests her time in theatre, acting and assistant directing.

Bianca De Silva has over ten years sales and marketing experience, including at a senior managerial level, which has taught her how to meet and exceed each customer’s expectations!

A hard-working professional, she currently holds the position of Director of Sales for the travel trade segment at IMG Worlds of Adventure – the largest indoor theme park in the world. Prior to that, she held a senior management role at one of the top producing destination management companies in the UAE with an annual turnover in excess of 500 million AED.

Bianca is also highly experienced in the field of training and coaching. She is passionate about continuing to learn and grow in the professional sphere and has successfully completed  several training and coaching courses and workshops such as Train the Trainer, Action Centered Leadership, Continues Improvement and Development and Stress Management.

Bianca is well-spoken, energetic, confident and personable. She thrives in high-pressure environments and thoroughly enjoy the challenge that new positions present.
